What do I need to do before the party?
The room should be large enough to adequately provide space for tents and mattresses, so before booking please measure the desired space to make sure the tents and/or picnic tables will fit. Each tent with mattress measures 200x100cm, and an additional 40x40cm is needed for the side table. Picnic table is 200x60cm, and extra space around the table will be needed for floor pillows. The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. We will not be responsible for moving furniture or cleaning the area. All setup is done by us.

What about clean up after the party?
Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received, and it will be picked up as soon as the event ends. We are responsible for disassembling the setup and picking it up only. We do not clean up party trash.

Is parking required for delivery?
Yes. We require parking directly outside your home or garden, without this we will not be able to drop off your party. If there are parking restrictions in place and a permit is required, you will need to supply this to us.

Is there a delivery fee?
Additional travel fees apply for all deliveries outside of a 5 km radius of Stuttgart, Zuffenhausen.

Do I need to put down a deposit to hold my reservation?
Yes, 50% of the payment is due at the time of booking. The reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining amount is due on the day of event.

Do I have to put down a damage deposit?
Yes, a damage deposit of 100€ is due on the day of delivery. After set up is complete, we will take final pictures and review an inventory checklist with client before signing the rental contract. Any damage to the property of Sleepover Squad will result in assessment of charges to the client.

Are the rentals for non-smoking homes only?
Yes, smoking is not allowed in or near designated event location, and we can only deliver to non-smoking homes. Failure to follow this rule will result in additional charges.

Can our pet sleep in the teepee too?
No, pets cannot sleep in tents, and must be kept away from the event. Additional cleaning fees will be charged, if pets were in or near tents.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, any cancellation thereafter will result in forfeit of the rental fee deposit.
In unavoidable circumstances, this includes weather for outdoor events or extreme illness, and only at the discretion of Sleepover Squad, may the rental fee deposit be returned to the client.
Sleepover Squad reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time for any reason and will try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such cancellation Sleepover Squad will refund to the client any deposits made, however, Sleepover Squad will not be liable to pay any compensation to the client.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any injury or accident during the rental period of our inventory. The client is responsible for supervising minors present.
We are not responsible for any activities that take place during the rental period of our products, this also includes possible allergic reactions that the client and their guests could experience.
